Following our fund raising efforts over the years, the Trust has successfully completed the following projects.

2008

Chairs Delivered to Regent School

The Lottie Betts-Priddy Education Trust donated 86 chairs to Regent Rural Education Community Primary School on Thursday 25th September, 2008. This is a continuation of the distribution that took place by the Chair, Isa Davies, earlier this year.

The Head Teacher was delighted at this show of generosity from TLBPET which could not have come at a more opportune time as the old broken ones had been put outside in a heap ready to be disposed of.

There was such jubilation, dancing, clapping and praying from everyone including the head, teachers and pupils. Prayers were said for TLBPET for God to continue giving them the wisdom and strength to carry on with their good work.

The Regent School is one of two that the Trust is currently assisting, the other being Thomas Peters Primary School. With the generosity and support of its donors, the Trust is hoping to carry out extensive renovations at both schools over the next two or three years. We encourage friends and supporters to contact our Trustees, Yvonne Thompson or Esther Roberts or telephone the Project Assistant, Doreen Fergusson on +(232)(0)33605645.
